As you all know, last Sunday was Valentine’s day. Albert Heijn spoiled my loved one and me with a delicious brunch in Antwerp. The bread was fresh, the smoothies were cold and the granola was to die for! What a wonderful way to celebrate the day of love.

A new year means new resolutions. My resolution is to complete 150 workouts in 2016. To be honest, it will be quite the challenge for me. The #MyVitabreak challenge is officially over. And what fun did I have! Not only were the tasks fun and challenging, they were also quite easy to incorporate in my busy life. In this last week we had to mainly focus on doing positive things in our life – something I’m definitely fan of. I will show you my favorite challenges of the week!
The third week of the Myvitabreak challenge has already ended and we are doing a final run in this last week to end November as healthy as possible. This week was once again about taking good care of yourself – both physically & emotionally.
We’re already at the end of the second week of the #myvitabreak challenge and I can honestly say I love the little tasks I get every day. This week’s motto was ‘Eat diamons for breakfast and shine all day’. And if I think one meal is important, it’s breakfast! In this post I will tell you all about my experiences from this week. How did your healthy week go?
November is a month that, for me, always goes so slow. The good weather is definitely over and that cosy Christmas periodis still quite far around the corner. All your good efforts in spring and summer to getting that hot bikini body suddenly vanish and you get addicted to hot chocolate, chips and cookies.
But not this year! Vitalinea wants to help me, and ofcourse everyone of us, in getting fit & healthy towards the end of the year. That’s why they’ve came up with #myvitabreak. What does this mean? During the whole month of November Vitalinea will challenge you to live a little bit healthier every day. They will not give you crazy exercises like ‘Do 100 squats today’ or ‘Run a marathon’ but small simple things like ‘Drink your 1.5 liter water today’ or ‘Take a walk during the evening to get some fresh air’
