Banana belly fat burning drink

July means summer, and summer means cocktails, sun and swimming. Do you need that last push to get that hot bikini body? Perfect! I have got a delicious, extremely yummy and fat burning banana drink for you that will make your stomach flatter and your confidence bigger! Aaaand it’s super duper easy to make.

Bananas are abundant in potassium, which means that they build strong muscles and have the ability to scare away the bad toxins in your body. When you combine this delicious fruit with otherΒ nutritive ingredients, the banana is highly beneficial and even more efficient.

This banana belly fat burning drink that I recently discovered works instantly and effectively. If you drink this regularly (around three days a week) you will definitely see the result! I absolutely love the taste and feel less bloated after drinking it. Now that I’ve gotten you curious you want to try it yourself, right? Well, here you go!

Ingredients:

  • 1 banana
  • Β½ glass low-fat or fat-free yoghurt (Greek Yoghurt)
  • 2 tablespoons flax seed
  • 1 tablespoon coconut oil
  • ΒΌ tablespoon fresh ginger
  • 1 orange

Method of preparation:

Preparation is key but, luckily for us busy girls, this drink is extremely easy to make. All you need to do is mix all ingredients in your blender. That’s it you ask me? Uhm, yes. Only thing left to do: pour it in a glass and enjoy!

Combine this drink with a healthy general lifestyle and you will quickly feel better Γ nd look better too! I sometimes take this drink as breakfast with some fruit and it is great! Just drink it slowly and you will not have any cravings until noon.
